Terms and Conditions for Free 30-Minute Consultation Promotion

Eligibility: This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and older who wish to inquire about our services and book a 30-minute consultation. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of our organization are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period: The promotion begins on September 22, 2023 and ends on December 31, 2023. All messages received during this period are eligible for consideration.

How to Participate: To take advantage of this promotion, participants must leave a message with their questions through the designated communication channel as specified by our organization.

Consultation Availability: The free 30-minute consultation is subject to availability. Our organization reserves the right to schedule consultations based on its current workload and the availability of our consultants.

Limitations: Each participant is entitled to one free 30-minute consultation during the promotion period.

Confidentiality: All information shared during the consultation will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable California and federal laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and our organization's privacy policy.

No Legal Obligation: Participation in this promotion does not create any attorney-client relationship or impose any legal obligations on our organization to provide legal services beyond the 30-minute consultation.

Termination of Promotion: Our organization reserves the right to terminate or modify this promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason.

Compliance with Laws: By participating in this promotion, participants agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the CCPA.

Limitation of Liability: Our organization is not responsible for any technical problems, malfunctions, or errors that may occur during the participation process. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
